Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science required.
• Minimum 15 years in water/industrial environments with 8+ years in senior management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and wastewater treatment processes.
• Experience leading strategic directions and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to meet objectives.
• Develop and execute company strategy with stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, HR, and OE&M to balance obligations.
