You will shape budgets, implement process improvements, and represent UrbanPro externally. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring leadership in a dynamic education marketplace.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proven strategic planning and execution abilities, including budgeting and delivering measurable results.
• Background in education, technology, or marketplace/platform businesses, preferably growth or operations-focused.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and market insights to optimize performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and collaborate with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner-centric practices in Indian education ecosystem.
