Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding teams and overseeing daily operations in an education, coaching, or professional services environment.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational abilities, including experience with program design, process improvement, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage stakeholders, and represent the organization in client-facing settings.
• Background in coaching, training, or facilitation, with the ability to understand learner needs and ensure high-quality delivery of programs.
