Job summary

KAST is seeking a VIP Relationship Manager in Dubai to build and maintain strong relationships with its highest-value customers. The role combines relationship management, customer success, community building, and event coordination in a hybrid model.

You will serve as the primary contact for VIP clients, coordinate exclusive experiences, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and retention. Strong UI/UX? (note: no UI mention) experience in luxury services is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in VIP relationship management or related fields.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, wealth management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing premium or strategic accounts.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to coordinate events and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
