Job summary

DwellFi, a venture-backed AI company, is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for Client Success & Regional Operations in Dubai. You will partner with the Regional Head GCC & MENA to drive client success, onboarding, and regional operational cadence for Dubai hub.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and owns end-to-end client workflows. Candidates must be based in Dubai, UAE, and available to work from the Dubai office.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional services.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE and able to work from the Dubai office when required.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise client success and post-sales execution.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for asset managers, family offices, and fund administrators across GCC & MENA.
• Maintain account health, usage metrics, retention, and expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional escalations with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
• Support regional sales lifecycle activities and prepare proposals and DDQs.
