Job summary

AIRMO GmbH is recruiting a Business Development Lead to build the commercial pipeline across the GCC, Egypt, Iraq and Jordan. You will own lead sourcing, advance deals from first contact to proposal, and work directly with our Managing Director, who closes alongside you.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in business development or commercial roles.
• A proven regional network among energy, industrial or government buyers.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads across oil and gas, energy, heavy industry and waste operators.
• Build and run the regional pipeline: map accounts, reach decision-makers, and keep the CRM current.
• Move deals from first meeting through technical demos to proposal and negotiation.
• Write proposals and commercial offers with the technical team.
• Build relationships with regional NGOs and environmental organizations where they open doors to measurement work.
• Represent AIRMO at industry events and run client missions across the region.
• Track tenders, regulation and competitor moves, and feed them back into strategy.
