Job summary

WINTER REFRIGERATION Industrial Equipment Manufacturing LLC seeks a proactive Business Development professional to capture new Oil & Gas opportunities in the UAE. Build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders while analyzing market trends and competitors to identify growth areas.

You will follow leads, manage the sales pipeline, and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote services and support targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas projects, procurement processes and key market players in UAE/GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking activities to promote company services.
