Job summary

AIRMO in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Development Lead to build the GCC, Egypt, Iraq and Jordan pipeline. Own lead sourcing, advance deals from first contact to proposal, and work directly with the Managing Director who closes alongside you.

This hands-on role requires opening doors regionally and turning regulation shifts into signed contracts for our satellite, methane monitoring and data products. Based on-site in Abu Dhabi, the position starts as a contract and can convert to full-time on

Qualifications

• Five or more years in business development or commercial roles in energy, industry or climate tech.
• Working network among regional energy, industrial or government buyers is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus but not required.
• Ability to own a pipeline end to end and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads across energy sectors and government buyers.
• Build and run the regional pipeline; map accounts and keep CRM current.
• Move deals from first meeting through demos to proposal and negotiation.
