Job summary

MAN Financial Services, part of TRATON Financial Services, is expanding in the MEA & CIS Regions. We seek a Brand Director to lead the financial services business across the region, align with MAN vehicle sales, and drive profitable growth with strong risk management and stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with regional leadership, develop a robust product portfolio, and build a high-performing regional team to deliver strategic targets and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience in financial services, ideally within commercial vehicles and asset-based financing.
• Proven experience in P&L responsibility and scaling operations.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional financial services strategy.
• Develop product portfolio strategy (financing, leasing, insurance).
• Lead brand positioning and marketing initiatives across the region.
• Own P&L for the MEA & CIS region.
• Oversee credit underwriting and collections within defined mandates.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional team.
