Job summary

Dextra Group in Dubai seeks a Regional Manager, Business Development (Bar Systems, Geotec, FRP) to drive market development and demand creation. This role expands the adoption of Dextra solutions through upstream engagement, influencing early design decisions and specifications.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to position Dextra technology, support mega-projects, and ensure our specs are included in tender lists.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical required or equivalent.
• 5-8 years with engineering firms, technical sales, specifications or standardization roles.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/PLM and Power BI a plus.
• Provide strong written and verbal advocacy and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-potential applications, segments and stakeholders.
• Promote Dextra specifications to engineers, designers, consultants, authorities and owners.
• Drive early design decisions and adoption of Dextra technical specifications in new projects.
• Lead standardization activities, regulatory submissions, and industry committee participation.
• Provide upstream market feedback to Product Management and support mega-project pursuits.
