Job summary

restore-talent is seeking a Regional Technical Support & Training Manager in Dubai to lead the regional after-sales training and technical support for the Middle East.

You will build training systems for traditional and new energy vehicles, manage cross-functional teams across dealers and HQ, and drive continuous improvement of service standards in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and neighboring markets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in technical support and/or training within the automotive industry.
• Experience with EV training highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of after-sales service processes in the Middle East region.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a regional technical training system for the Middle East, including materials and manuals for traditional and new energy vehicles.
• Coordinate after-sales technical support, issue resolution, and cross-department collaboration with dealers and HQ.
• Lead fault diagnosis guidance, maintenance best practices, and training for regional technicians and partners.
• Monitor and optimize training effectiveness through assessments and updates to materials.
