Deeplight AI, based in the UAE, is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator – Recruitment to drive talent operations within a tier‑one banking resourcing program. You will coordinate FTC roles, draft job descriptions, manage interview panels, and liaise with external agencies to build qualified shortlists.

You will navigate SoW approvals, maintain recruitment dashboards, and ensure smooth candidate logistics in a structured corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years in recruitment coordination or PMO resourcing support.
• Experience with SoW approvals and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with ATS, scheduling tools, and advanced spreadsheets.
• Strong written/verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, standardize, and refine high‑quality job descriptions for FTC roles.
• Schedule and manage multi‑stage interview processes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate distribution and tracking of candidate tests and assessments.
• Interface with external agencies to deliver qualified shortlists.
• Prepare and track SoWs through internal approval channels.
• Maintain PMO dashboards, pipelines, and vendor trackers for exec review.
