DeepLight AI is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Recruitment to drive talent operations for a major banking resourcing program in Abu Dhabi. You will work with bank hiring managers, PMO leads, and agencies to coordinate FTC positions and project roles.

You will manage JDs, schedule multi-stage interviews, oversee assessments, and drive SoW approvals in a structured corporate setting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, PM or related field.
• 3+ years in recruitment coordination, talent ops, or PMO resourcing.
• Experience with ATS, scheduling tools, and advanced Excel/Sheets tracking.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine high-quality Job Descriptions for FTC projects.
• Schedule and manage multi-stage interview panels with calendar coordination and feedback collection.
• Coordinate distribution and tracking of candidate testing and technical assessments.
• Act as main liaison with external recruitment agencies and build qualified shortlists.

As part of our embedded delivery team supporting a tier-one banking partner, we are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Project Coordinator - Recruitment to drive talent operations and vendor governance.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will sit at the operational heart of a major banking resourcing program. Working closely with bank hiring managers, internal PMO leads, and external agency partners, you will manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) positions and project-based specialist roles. If you bring sharp organizational skills, experience navigating Statement of Work (SoW) approval workflows, and a passion for seamless talent operations inside structured corporate environments, this role offers a high-visibility platform within our growing firm.

What You'll Do

Shape Role Requirements:

• Collaborate directly with bank department heads and hiring managers to draft, standardize, and refine high-quality Job Descriptions (JDs) aligned with specific FTC project needs.

Orchestrate Candidate Logistics:

• Own the scheduling and management of multi-stage interview panels, managing calendar availability, candidate communications, and structured panel feedback collection.

Manage Technical Assessments:

• Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and collation of candidate testing links and technical assessments to ensure timely evaluation by technical leads.

Direct Vendor Partners:

• Serve as the key operational contact for external recruitment agencies-delivering clear candidate briefs, screening submitted profiles, and building qualified shortlists.

Drive SoW & Commercial Approvals:

• Draft, submit, and track Statements of Work (SoWs) through internal finance, commercial, and legal approval channels to prevent onboarding friction.

Maintain PMO Trackers:

• Keep accurate, up-to-date recruitment dashboards, pipeline reports, and vendor tracking logs for executive review.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, or PMO resourcing support.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), scheduling tools (Outlook/Teams), and advanced Excel/Google Sheets tracking.
• Practical familiarity with Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) hiring processes, Statement of Work (SoW) internal approval cycles, and vendor coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities.
