Recruitment Manager-001

Location: SHJ

Department: Human Resource - XAD - XD

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s workforce planning and business objectives.


• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.


• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and provide strategic support.


• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).


• Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).


• Manage and lead a team of recruiters; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the job market.


• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.


• Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and recruitment vendors.


• Implement and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Salary Range: AED 5000 - 6000 per Month
