Job summary

Housekeeping Co. in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment & Deployment Coordinator to lead end-to-end hiring for blue-collar workers across the city, ensuring timely deployment and compliant documentation.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate arrival and placement with clients, and maintain deployment records while liaising with recruitment teams, MOHRE authorities, and other stakeholders to keep everything on track.

Housekeeping Co., one of the UAE's leading domestic worker recruitment agencies since 2011, is looking for a Recruitment & Deployment Coordinator who understands that bulk hiring is not just about filling vacancies. It is about managing people, timelines, and the logistics that keep a workforce moving.

This is a role for someone who has hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar workers such as domestic workers, labourers, and cleaners. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment and deployment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating arrival, documentation, and placement with clients. You will work closely with recruitment teams, government authorities, and client-facing colleagues to ensure that every deployment runs smoothly and every worker is placed correctly. You will also maintain accurate records, track deployment status, and resolve issues as they arise. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on coordination and does not let details slip.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar workers, with manpower recruitment experience preferred. You are highly organised, comfortable managing large volumes of candidates, and skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders. You communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and have a strong follow-through. Experience in the domestic worker sector or with MOHRE processes will be an advantage.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
