Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
• Capable of building trust and establishing a positive relationship with candidates to make them feel valued throughout the recruitment process
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with proficiency in managing and maintaining candidate databases
• Salary: 3,500 AED
• Candidates need to be on dependent visa.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in depth research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of candidates, making sure there is steady pipeline of qualified candidates contributing to the overall success of the hiring process.
• Screen CVs and source new candidates via database, networking, advertising and LinkedIn.
• Build strong relationships and good rapport with the candidates.
• Writing reports and presenting findings, identifying trends and patterns in an industry.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the specific requirements of each position and provide valuable insights and recommendations based on candidate research.
• Stay updated with industry best practices to continuous improve the quality of candidate sourcing.
• Attention to detail and proficiency to use various sourcing tools and online platforms.
