PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle—from screening CVs and conducting interviews to hiring the best talent for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven recruiting experience, knowledge of sourcing methods, familiarity with labor laws, and excellent bilingual communication in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods (e.g. sourcing, networking, direct search)
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic preferred.
