Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in automotive/mobility/dealership.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour market and recruitment best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle bulk recruitment campaigns while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, referrals, networking and direct search.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
• Prepare offers, negotiate salaries within bands, and manage joining process.
• Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records and metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness).
• Support recruitment initiatives including walk-ins, campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support high-volume recruitment across multiple business units, with a strong focus on delivering quality talent within tight timelines.

Candidates with prior experience in the automotive, mobility, car rental, or retail automotive industry will be highly preferred.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.

• Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records, and recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
• Support recruitment initiatives including walk-in interviews, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the automotive, mobility, car rental, or dealership industry.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions simultaneously.
• Strong experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while meeting strict recruitment deadlines.
