• Fluent Mandarin and English communication is required.
• Proven experience in Technology Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across Data Centers, AI Infrastructure, GPU/Accelerated Computing, HPC, Cloud and related infrastructure roles within China/APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist technology and infrastructure positions.
• Proactively identify and headhunt technical and leadership talent.
• Recruit across Data Centers, GPU Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure, HPC, Cloud, Bare Metal, Networking and Platform Engineering.
• Build strong talent pipelines across China and APAC.
• Develop understanding of technical requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships with specialist talent.
• Partner with hiring managers on talent requirements.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and competitor activity.
• Manage candidates through recruitment and selection processes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Technology Recruiter to support the growth of an ambitious AI and digital infrastructure business.

The successful candidate will focus on identifying and attracting highly specialized talent across Data Centers, AI Infrastructure, GPU Computing, HPC, Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering.

This role would suit a recruiter with strong direct sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of technical infrastructure roles, and experience accessing talent pools across China and the wider APAC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist technology and infrastructure positions.
• Proactively identify and headhunt technical and leadership talent.
• Recruit across areas including Data Centers, GPU Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure, HPC, Cloud, Bare Metal, Networking and Platform Engineering.
• Build strong talent pipelines across China and APAC.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships with specialist talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders on talent requirements.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity and candidate expectations.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Proven experience in Technology Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Recruitment experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Data Centers
• AI Infrastructure
• GPU / Accelerated Computing
• High Performance Computing (HPC)
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Bare Metal Infrastructure
• Networking
• Kubernetes / Platform Engineering
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience recruiting technical talent within China and/or APAC.
• Ability to understand complex and highly technical positions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international and growth-oriented environment.
