eMagine Solutions in the United Arab Emirates seeks a high-caliber recruitment professional to lead senior mandates across the GCC and beyond. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, performing executive search, market mapping, and tailored advisory work for hiring managers.

This is more than a desk; it’s a strategic partnership built on outcomes and long-term relationships. You’ll leverage AI-enabled sourcing and a modern search environment to move with pace, precision, and commercially meaningful

Formación

• Experience in executive search, retained work, or highly consultative hiring is a plus.
• Ability to map markets and advise on salary, structure, and attraction strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers.

You’ll work on senior, specialist and leadership mandates across the GCC and beyond acting as a true extension of our clients’ businesses.

This is not a “spray and pray” agency desk. This is:

• Executive and leadership search (commercial, operations, technical and specialist hires)
• Market mapping and competitor intelligence (who’s moving, who’s promotable, who’s untouchable and why)
• Advisory and consultancy to hiring managers (structure, salary, attraction strategy, interview design, closing strategy)
• Candidate assessment focused on output, track record, and real evidence (not buzzwords)
• Building long-term relationships that turn into repeat business and retained mandates
