InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a warm, confident Recreation Receptionist to join our recreation team. You will be the first contact for guests, welcoming them, handling inquiries, bookings, and payments with a focus on exceptional service.

Demonstrated hospitality experience, excellent English communication, and strong organizational skills are essential. You will coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming ambience for guests and members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or guest service agent in hospitality.
• Experience in hotel, resort, gym, or recreation environment preferred.
• Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members warmly and provide a positive first impression.
• Provide accurate information about facilities, hours, activities, and services.
• Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and payments professionally.
• Coordinate with Recreation team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain reception area and guest records with accuracy.
• Support registration procedures and explain facility guidelines.
