A prominent insurance company in the UAE is seeking an administrative support professional. The role involves greeting clients, managing meeting schedules, and maintaining the reception area. Bilingual candidates fluent in Arabic and English are preferred, and UAE Nationals holding a Family Book are encouraged to apply. Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, knowledge of organization policies and practices. Initiates routine and some non-routine correspondence and memoranda. Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves routine and complex inquiries. Prepares reports and deliverables for executive leadership. Schedules and maintains a calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings. Utilizes assistance from other administrative assistants on a reporting or project basis. Typically supporting Executive Directors, Executive Vice Presidents, or Executive Senior Vice Presidents.
