Human One Global seeks an experienced Reception Manager (Italian speaker) to lead the front-of-house at a Dubai ultra-luxury hotel. You will oversee reception and reservations, ensuring a seamless guest journey from booking to departure, while delivering a warm, personalised welcome.

Ideal candidates bring GCC experience, a background in high-volume premium hospitality, and expert knowledge of SevenRooms to manage VIP bookings and guest preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Reception Manager or senior front-of-house role.
• Experience in a high-volume premium hospitality environment.
• GCC experience, ideally in Dubai.
• Excellent knowledge of SevenRooms is essential.
• Proven experience managing VIP and high-profile clientele.

• Lead and oversee the reception and reservations operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest journey from booking through to departure.

• Manage reservations, table allocations, guest preferences, special requests, and VIP bookings using SevenRooms.
• Build strong relationships with VIP and regular guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are consistently met.

About You

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Reservations Manager, or in a similar senior front-of-house position.
• Proven experience within a high-volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong previous GCC experience, ideally in Dubai.
• Excellent working knowledge of SevenRooms is essential.
• Proven experience managing VIP guests and high-profile clientele.
