Job summary

Prima Luxury is seeking a Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs across the real estate organization in the UAE. You will ensure brokers, agents, marketing teams, and support staff stay up-to-date with knowledge, compliance, and market expertise to drive high performance.

The role focuses on improving sales performance, service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements (RERA, DLD, AML, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in real estate training or L&D is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, RERA/DLD regulations, and brokerage operations.
• Experience training sales teams and brokers is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and CRM systems.
• Proactive, structured, and result-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop a structured training framework for new joiners and existing staff.
• Identify training needs across sales, leasing, marketing, admin, and operations.
• Create annual training calendars aligned with business goals and launches.
• Design onboarding programs for brokers and real estate agents.
