Proven real estate experience in Off-plan or Secondary market.
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
Strong knowledge of the local Dubai real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel for property showings.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends and values.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing.
Present and show properties to potential buyers, highlighting location, features, and benefits.
Prepare offers and negotiate terms for optimal outcomes; guide clients through legal and financial processes.
Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals.
Attend training, workshops, and networking events to expand knowledge and skills.
