Job summary

Private Real Estate Developer Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Trainer to join our team in Dubai. You will develop and deliver practical training programmes to improve knowledge, confidence and performance of our sales team.

This role requires hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market, proven sales training or coaching background, and outstanding English communication and presentation skills. You will onboard new agents and coach existing ones to higher performance.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Proven experience in sales training, coaching or sales management
• Excellent native-level English communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, objection handling, follow-ups and closing
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, off-plan and secondary market sales
• Ability to train both new and experienced agents
• Confident, energetic and capable of delivering classroom and practical training
• Ability to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver practical training programmes to improve knowledge, confidence and performance of the sales team

• Provide ongoing coaching for existing agents to raise performance

This role is for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market inside out and knows how to turn that knowledge into practical, engaging sales training.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in the Dubai real estate market, ideally within a brokerage or developer
• Proven experience in sales training, coaching or sales management
• Excellent native-level English communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the complete Dubai property sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, objection handling, follow-ups and closing
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, off-plan and secondary market sales
• Ability to train both new and experienced agents
• Confident, energetic and comfortable delivering classroom and practical sales training
• Ability to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and delivering practical training programmes that improve the knowledge, confidence and performance of our sales team.

This will include onboarding new agents, sales techniques, call training, objection handling, role-playing, market and project knowledge, and ongoing coaching for existing agents.
