Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design and lead a scalable Real Estate Academy, standardize onboarding across branches, and build future leaders to drive productivity and revenue.

You will develop multi-branch L&D strategy, competency frameworks, and a measurable learning ecosystem, partnering with senior management to align training with commercial KPIs and international expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Sales Training, or Talent Development.
• Senior Manager / Head of L&D / Academy / Talent Development experience in real estate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, coaching, and assessment methodologies.
• Ability to translate business challenges into targeted learning interventions and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end L&D strategy including a scalable Real Estate Academy.
• Standardize onboarding, sales capability, and leadership development across branches.
• Develop competency frameworks, certification structures, and development tracks.
• Build and maintain a measurable learning ecosystem aligned to KPIs and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with management to support expansion and international markets.
