Job summary

Aqary Real Estate Investment & Development in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Listing Lead to steer the listing team, maintain owner relations, and ensure accurate CRM data and platform listings. You will collaborate with leasing/sales to meet client expectations and coordinate property viewings and documentation.

Requirements include 5+ years in Abu Dhabi real estate, strong English/Arabic communication, and a Bachelor’s in Business Real Estate or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience in leading listing teams and managing performance.
• Strong knowledge of property platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the listing team and drive agent performance to meet targets.
