Job summary

ATIKSH REAL ESTATES L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a proactive Real Estate Sales and Leasing Consultant to generate new leads, qualify client requirements, and present suitable residential or commercial properties. You will conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

The role requires knowledge of RERA rules, familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle portals, and English

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of RERA rules and regulations, and familiarity with forms CA, CB, CF, and tenancy contracts.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consultancy in the UAE (less than 1 year experience will also be considered).
• Must be located in the UAE with UAE real estate experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with major UAE property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu are an advantage.
