Job summary

Rise and Shine Realty L.L.C in Dubai seeks a strong Real Estate Team Leader with proven closing experience in the Dubai Off-Plan market. The role requires 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience and at least 2 years of leadership.

You will lead, motivate, and train a sales team, support agents in client meetings, and close deals with confidence. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, and a valid UAE driving license and residency visa are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Minimum 2 years of proven Team Leader experience.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successfully closed deals.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, train, and support a sales team.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai Off-Plan projects and developers.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand and memorize project details quickly.
• Ability to support agents in client meetings, follow-ups, objections, and deal closing.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Must have a car and valid UAE Driving License.
• Valid UAE residency visa eligible for temporary work permit.
• Target-driven, proactive, and focused on results.
