Job summary

Banke International Properties is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage and attract top real estate talent for our Abu Dhabi team. You will head-hunt experienced property consultants, map competitors, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

In this role, you will assess sales potential, coordinate with Sales Managers to meet hiring targets, and track recruitment metrics to inform strategy in a fast-paced UAE market.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or sales.
• Experience headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Target-driven with strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Head-hunt experienced property consultants and top-performing real estate agents.
• Map competitor talent and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
• Assess candidates' sales performance, market knowledge, and business potential.
• Partner with Sales Managers to meet hiring targets and convert talent into successful joiners.
• Track sourcing activity, recruitment metrics, and market intelligence.
