Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Manager, Development & Feasibility in Abu Dhabi to support the development team with market analysis, financial feasibility, business planning, and strategic insights across multiple asset classes and mixed-use developments.

The role involves building financial models, conducting market research, preparing investment proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and align projections. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in real estate feasibility, development, investment, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience with mixed-use developments is preferred.
• UAE experience with a leading real estate developer or consultancy is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and feasibility studies for real estate development projects and masterplans.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess project profitability, ROI, revenues, costs, and potential scenarios.
• Conduct market research and analysis, including market trends, competitor projects, pricing, demand, and market gaps.
• Prepare business cases, investment proposals, presentations, and management reports.
• Identify project risks and support the development of appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Legal, Architecture, and Project Management teams to validate assumptions and align financial projections.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support investment and development decisions.
• Maintain relevant data, assumptions, methodologies, and feasibility tools for future projects.
• Ensure feasibility assessments align with relevant regulations, governance requirements, and industry standards.
