We are seeking 10 experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our expanding sales team in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling residential and investment properties, developing new clients, generating leads, and conducting property viewings.

Candidates should have Dubai real estate sales experience or international property sales exposure, with strong communication and negotiation skills. English is required, and an international, multicultural environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred.
• Candidates with international real estate or property sales experience are welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven and self-disciplined.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• English communication skills required.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred.
