Job summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sales Manager to lead our Elite team of top-performing brokers from our exclusive VVIP office. You will mentor, drive targets, and report to senior management on performance and strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate, 2+ years in leadership, deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi market, and fluent English; additional languages are a plus. A UAE driving license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overall real estate experience.
• 2+ years in a real estate leadership role.
• 2+ years proven experience in the Abu Dhabi property market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

• Report directly to higher management on team performance, strategy, and market trends
• Provide strategic guidance to agents to help close high-value, complex transactions
• Ensure team operations strictly comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years overall experience in the real estate industry
• 2+ years i n a real estate leadership role, actively managing top-achieving agents
• 2+ years proven experience in the Abu Dhabi property market
• Strong communication , negotiation, and leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Fluency in English (German, Russian, French, or Chinese is a plus)
