Qualifications

2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
Minimum 6–8 closed deals in 2026
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven with a strong work ethic
Existing client database is an advantage
UAE driving license preferred
