KSA – Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• A true consultant at heart with a niche for delivering the best client journey – where memories are created and cherished!
• Market, promote and sell completed, Secondary and off plan properties on the Dubai to the clientele globally.
• Act as an internal consultant and work with a great sportsmanship attitude.
• Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities worldwide.
• Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors.
• Negotiate prices, payment plans for investors.
• Participate in exhibitions and promotional events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi - Middle East region and globally.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills are a must!
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, RERA or similar licenses are preferred.
