The role of a Real Estate Agent offers variety and diversity; no two days are the same. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often requires adaptability; ideal candidates are required to be proactive, forward-thinking, confident, and competent in negotiating, with great interpersonal skills. With the ever‑evolving property market in the UAE, employees are required to keep updated with the latest property trends and changes in the laws to be able to advise their clients accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent residential properties
  
• Conduct professional property viewings, advising on layouts, amenities, communities, and lifestyle benefits
  
• Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential
  
• Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations
  
• Prepare and manage offers, contracts and tenancy documentation
  
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers
  
• Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activities
  
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals
  

Requirements
