Job summary

Alira Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a skilled real estate professional to assist clients in buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties. You will manage the entire sales and rental process, conduct property viewings, and build lasting relationships with clients and investors.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Dubai real estate, fluent English, strong sales and negotiation skills, and knowledge of key Dubai communities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Additional language is an advantage: Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Russian, Italian, or Chinese.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai communities (Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Hills, etc.).
• UAE driving license and own car are an advantage.
• Own visa preferred (company visa available for the right candidate).
