Job summary

AVRE Global Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking an energetic Real Estate Sales Associate to drive outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and schedule property viewings. You will maintain CRM records and strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

The role requires excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. You will work with sales agents to understand client needs and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Make outbound calls to potential clients owners to promote list real estate properties and services.
• Generate and qualify leads listings through cold calling and database management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and schedule property viewings for sales agents.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
• Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets.
• Prior Real Estate experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Arabic speaker is a plus.
