Job summary

ASICO Real Estate in Dubai seeks a creative Marketing Executive to support property marketing, grow our digital presence, and generate qualified enquiries. You will plan and execute campaigns for off-plan, ready properties and rentals, working with the sales team and creative partners to turn property details into compelling content.

Requirements include 2–4 years in marketing, strong English copywriting, experience managing social media and content calendars, and familiarity with Meta Ads

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• Strong English copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to coordinate photo and video production and provide clear creative briefs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, property portals and digital advertising.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate posts, property features, community highlights and campaign launches.
• Write engaging captions, listing descriptions, email copy and promotional materials.
• Coordinate property photography, video shoots, reels and walkthroughs with agents and creative teams.
• Keep website and property portal listings accurate and up to date with approved property details.
• Support Google and Meta advertising campaigns including creative coordination, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
• Work with the sales team to promote priority listings, support viewings and open houses and gather feedback on lead quality.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital content, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Research Dubai communities, audience interests, competitor activity and relevant market developments.
• Track campaign spending, website traffic, engagement, enquiries and cost per qualified lead.
