Land Sterling in Dubai seeks a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brokerage marketing and support its group of companies. You will turn commercial priorities into content plans, campaigns and website improvements while collaborating with sales, creative, web and automation teams.

This delivery-focused role requires proficiency with modern AI tools for data analysis, images and video, plus coordinating corporate events and CSR activities in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on marketing experience, including two years in real estate or property marketing.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments while maintaining clear priorities; UAE property-market experience is a plus.
• Excellent English writing, editing and briefing skills across social media, website content and sales materials; Arabic is an advantage.
• Practical experience with CMS content updates, social publishing, basic SEO, GA4, campaign tracking and CRM-based performance reporting.
• Experience coordinating creative production, events, influencers or agencies, and working within approved budgets.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools across data analysis, image generation and editing, and video generation and editing.
• A degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities
