Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy or Law and UAE familiarity.
• Experience in escrow operations and UAE real estate escrow regulations.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with client service focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee escrow product activities with Real Estate (RE) and Jointly Owned Property (JOP) focus.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and banking policy adherence.
• Coordinate with sales, Relationship Managers, and operations on escrow requirements.
• Analyze project reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain accurate payment screening and deposit allocations.
