Job summary

SOL Properties seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations and support commercial, sales, and customer lifecycle within a UAE real estate development environment. The role requires strong UAE real estate developer experience and deep knowledge of SPA, Salesforce CRM, escrow accounts, project accounting, revenue recognition, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Customer Service, Projects, and Senior Management to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA will be an added advantage.
12-15 years of finance experience, 5-8 years within a UAE real estate developer.
Strong SPA expertise and experience with developer finance operations.
Hands-on with Salesforce CRM, ERP systems with real estate finance focus.
Experience in customer collections, receivables management, and revenue accounting.

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and validate SPAs prior to execution.
Ensure SPA financial terms align with pricing, payment plans, and policies.
Monitor customer payment schedules and milestone collections per SPAs.
Coordinate SPA amendments, transfers, cancellations, and financial implications.
Verify booking amounts, instalment schedules, discounts, incentives, and rebates.
Ensure revenue recognition complies with IFRS and SPAs.
