Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Escrow Product Manager to oversee JOP and RE activities across emirates. You will screen payment requests, coordinate with sales on deals, and prepare reports for regulatory submissions.

Ideal candidates have strong Arabic and English communication, solid regulatory knowledge, and experience in escrow operations and related regulations across the UAE. You will manage risk, client requests, and project reconciliations under pressure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate and owners’ associations regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Experience in escrow operations, escrow laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze project credentials and revenue assessments.
• Strong numerical skills and high-level interpersonal skills.
• Experience in escrow services operations preferred.
• Knowledge in RE escrow laws/regulations across UAE, GTB products and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for escrow product management activities with focus on JOP and RE in all emirates.
• Screen client requests for payments and deposits allocations per regulations and bank policy.
• Overseeing the preparation of reports for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with sales and relationship team on deals.
• Handle product risk and compliance activities including client-specific requests.
• Handling client regulatory requests and inquiries.
• Reconciliation management of all projects to comply with regulations.
