Clédor Consulting in Dubai, UAE is hiring motivated real estate sales professionals to support the sales of our development projects. This role is ideal for candidates with developer-side experience seeking a long-term career in real estate development sales.

The role involves communicating project USPs to customers and brokers, organizing broker briefings, and managing the customer sales experience to build a profitable broker network and acquire new clients.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience with a real estate developer.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Communicating the project’s USP’s to customers and brokers
• Organising broker briefings and providing training and knowledge to brokers
• Managing the customer sales experience
• Creating a pool of committed and profitable network of local and international brokers to increase the company’s sales volume
• Acquire new clients and manage existing clients
• Prepare and maintain client data and documentation
• Assist buyers in making informed decisions
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner
