Job summary

Sanzen Developments in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing for real estate development projects. You will source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and prepare POs while coordinating with Construction, Projects, Finance, and Administration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of UAE procurement experience, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. UAE real estate experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in UAE.
• Real estate development or construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and procurement practices.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs), maintain procurement records, and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate with Construction, Projects, Finance, and Administration departments.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services for real estate development projects.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approved budgets.
