The role emphasizes prospecting, negotiations, and excellent English communication, with mobility to operate across major UAE portals and developer inventories.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate laws and major developer projects.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: source new clients and property listings.
• Client Consultation: understand clients' needs and preferences to propose solutions.
• Property Viewings: arrange and conduct professional viewings of listings.
• Market Analysis: stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends and values.
• Negotiation & Closing: mediate negotiations to reach favorable agreements.
• Documentation: assist with MOUs, tenancy contracts, and transfer documents.
• Relationship Management: build long-term relationships with clients and developers.
• Marketing Collaboration: coordinate with marketing to promote properties on UAE portals.
