Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or leasing in the UAE.
• Excellent English, Arabic helpful.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Actively network and prospect to generate new leads and build a robust client database.
• Property Management: List and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate details on portals.
• Consultation: Conduct market analysis and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing features and benefits.
• Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve best price and terms.
• Closing: Facilitate the closing process, ensuring documentation complies with UAE real estate laws.
• Customer Service: Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
