Job summary

Savills is expanding its residential team in the UAE and seeks Brokers with 2+ years of real estate experience in Sharjah/UAE. This commission-only role offers high earning potential and exposure to a global brand, with access to extensive leads and marketing support.

Responsibilities include target-driven sales, lead qualification, documentation, and ongoing client relationship management within a professional, ethical framework. Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in UAE real estate.
• Must hold UAE driver's license with own car.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Team player.
• Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to clients.
• Bilingual English and Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly targets set by management.
• Qualify leads and manage data using the company CRM.
• Prepare and execute sales agreements and advertising materials.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Network to identify new business, including real estate exhibitions.
• Abide by Real Estate Department standards and ethics.
• Maintain punctual attendance for commitments.
• Present to potential clients and conduct property viewings.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify innovative marketing initiatives to generate business.
• Understand local property purchase, sale, lease procedures.
• Maintain data on client information and viewings in portals.
