Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant

Tusmo real estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in offplan market or secondary market (SALES EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD IS A PLUS).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of sales in real estate industry in UAE.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, excellent sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales, Rent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales or rent strategies.
• Have a good network of investors in the market.
• Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker.
• Proven record serving as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers.
• Good Skills in assisting landlords in promoting their properties for sale or rent.
